Why Do I Have A Problem Of Leak From Bladder After Coughing Or Sneezing?
I have a problem with my bladder it is not a pressure feeling like something stuck in my birth canal . but when I cough sneeze or strain I have a leaking problem it is way to much leakage for a pantyliner I have to wear a pad everyday but I do not have any pain or unconfortable feeling with it what could this be?
Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is termed as Stress Incontinence of Urine (SIU).
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment to confirm the diagnosis He may do endoscopic examination Cystoscopy and Bone's test to decide grade of SIU.
The further treatment will be decided by him. If it is mild , it can be treated with medicine and pelvic floor exercises or if severe you may need to undergo surgery of sling operation to control the leak,
