Why do I get chest pain after lying on one side ?

Hello, After lying down on the left or right side, and then straightening, I feel chest pain . I have to straighten my shoulders in order to not feel the pain. If I curve my back I feel the dull pain again. But it goes away after 15-30 min. The same thing is happening when I am sleeping on one side. I need to turn on my back or chest for the pain to go away. Do you have any suggestions about the causes? Thank you.

We understand your concerns

I went through your problem descriptions. I suggest you not to worry too much. The pain you are mentioning about could be either muscular or gastric. Because pain related to your heart has more symptomatic indicators, which in your case is not there. From the description, I also presume that the pain has come just for the first time.

Try to remember what was your activities for the last two days. If there were some hard physical activities which are not routine, you could have muscular pain. Also think about the food you had up to two to three meals from now. You will get the answer. In that case, drink plenty of water and you should get relief. You might need psychological counseling., I am more than happy to provide telephone psychological counseling through healthcaremagic. Contact me through customer care,

Hope this clears your doubt. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
