Hello and welcome to HCM,
You have mentioned that you have had low T4 and high TSH levels.
This suggests hypothyroidism.
You have been taking thyroxine for last 2.5 years.
The course of hypothyroidism is waxing and waning.
Regular thyroid function tests needs to be done to monitor the status of thyroid hormones.
The symptoms of tiredness and nausea are suggestive of hypothyroidism.
Thus, the requirement for thyroxine could have increased over the years.
You need to get thyroid function tests done and get it reviewed by your treating doctor.

Thanks and take care
