Why Do I Feel Tired All The Time?

I am a 46 yrs old...male... and I feel tired all the time. At work I am very fatigue like I was just given a double dose of sleep meds.But not every day and it dosen't mater what I eat or how much sleep. Also in the afternoon I feel dizzy when I walk and my lips gets tingley

hello, thanks for ur query, fatiguebility could be due to anaemia, diabetes, hypertension, vitamin deficiencies, electrolyte imbalance .plz check ur grbs, complete blood picture with ear, electrolytes. visit a physician to check any dificiencies. all d best, take care.
