Why Do I Feel So Hot All The Time?

I want to know why I feel so hot all the time.

I'm a male in generally good health, 29 years old, and for soem reason I regularly feel uncomrfotably hot.

It's not steady 100% of the time, but when it happens, no mattter how cool it is I feel really hot. Example, right now it's a cool 68 degrees, my co workers have jackets on, and I feel like it's 110 degrees!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern. Regarding to your symptoms you may have problems with your thyroid gland. While hyperproductive gland, your metabolism is faster and that's why you feel hot. My suggestion us to visit your GP and check your thyroid hormones. They will just take a blood sample and test it.
If you have problems with your thyroid, then you will get proper medication which will help your symptoms to vanish.

I hope this answer was helpful to you.
