welcome to HealthcareMagic
Since you don't have any other illness or problem & even no symptom these symptoms look to be due to mental stress. This is no illness but a sign of depression or mental fatigue. Please try to find out & let us know whether you are over worked;crowded with too many thoughts;feel let down;or have any tension physical or mental.First try to speak to a close friend to relieve mental tension & if medical help or counseling is required then consult a Psychiatrist.

General & Family Physician Dr. Tina Jacob Das's  Response
Hello there,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic. See from what i gather, you have vague symptoms like general malaise, loss of apetite, change of taste, nausea. These symptoms might be pointing towards some systemic cause or it might be that you just feel them.So I would suggest, you undergo a detailed battery of tests, and pay a visit to a physician. Probably after elaborating your history itself, many things would be revealed.Only after having ruled out organic causes should one think of something psychaitric. So pl visit a physician at earliest.
