Hello!

Thank you for your question on HCM!

I read your question carefully and understand your concern.

Your high blood sugar is concerning for diabetes. Was this a fasting glucose test?
Psychological stress can raise the blood glucose levels, as well as the blood pressure, but not in such high levels.

I would recommend to go to the emergency room and perform a careful physical examination, a routine blood test, HbA1c, kidney and liver function tests, blood electrolytes, thyroid hormone levels to find out a possible cause of these your symptoms.

Hope to have been of help!

Best regards,
Dr. Iliri
