Hi, thank you for writing to Healthcare Magic.
With this presentation, I think sciatic nerve pain (sciatica) is the problem. This results from compression of the sciatic nerve. The pain might get worse when sitting or standing for a long time and might be relieved by lying or walking. Apart from an X-ray, another test called magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can help to locate the problem. To ease the pain, you may avoid sitting, alternate between lying down and walking, and take pain killers like acetaminophen or non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs. Additional treatment for sciatica will depend on what is causing the nerve irritation.
I hope I have answered your query
I wish you good health
