I am a restaurant manager. The entire bottom of my right foot peeled the other morning after my shower. I occasionally get itchy and needling feelings when trying to sleep. I was working out until both knees went bad. When I was young I ran 8 months a year about 80 miles a week my arches are flat. My calf muscles are very thick. Could this peeling and stinging feeling be circulation issues. My hair on my legs is still growing
