Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You could be having problem in the hormones. The thick blood and severe pain could be consequence of hormone action on uterus which caused increased bleeding and delayed periods and ovulation as well. It is better to consult your Gynaecolgist who will examine you and may put you on contraceptive medicine to regularise your cycles. Also get tested for PCOD which can commonly cause this. Get a PAP Smear done as well. Try to avoid much stress as stress can cause more chance of PCOD and disordered menstrual cycle. Do Yoga for stress relief. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Do regularise exercise. Get 6-8 hours of sleep daily.

welcome to hcm
thanks for the query
it may be breakthrough bleeding or implantation bleeding
if you are getting this from last 2 to 3 cycles then consult your doctor
diagnose the cause is needed in case of cervical polyp or any growth
ovulation pain is due to rupture of small follicle in ovary.pain may due to rhythmic contraction of fallopian tube. it may associated with spotting.during that period you should take a lot of fluids and if needed then pain killers
take care
