Why Did Have Nose Bleed And Vomiting?

im 31 yrs old, height: 5'1", weight: 48kgs...i lack sleep the other day and the next day i woke up early going out under the sun for may an hour before 8am then tried to relax, my head began to ache little by little, til late afternoon... at night i travel riding a car and along the way i feel too much discomfort, my head aches too much and i want to vomit...so i hurriedly vomit in a nearby gasoline station and after vomiting my nose bleeds...i wonder why it bleeds....does it have any relation at all?...can you help answer my query?

It is very much clear that you are under continuous stress and that too temperature is very so what you have is nothing but complete dehydration no need to worry have plenty if fluids along with coconut water, buttermilk etc... Take some electral or ORS sachets for two days with water. Take complete rest for atkeast two days then you will become normal. Always remember be hydrated in summer especially otherwise results in headache tiredness etc... . Hope this helps you
