Why Did I Have Abnormally Long Periods With Blood Clots And Abdominal Pain?

i am a 41 yr old white female I skipped my menstrual last month then started on oct. 1st,usually it lasts 3 days this time 2 weeks then stopped for three days and when i woke up this morning it s back again this time with blood clots and imense pain in my abdomen?

There are many possible causes for this problem in women your age. One of the most common causes is fibroids. Other causes include polyps, hormonal disorders, obesity, PCOS, infections in the uterus, hyperplasia, or even uterine cancer.
