Why Did I Feel Abdominal Pain And Bleeding After Skipping And Exercise?

hi doctor, i am 42 years old woman. i did some skipping rope exercices last night for first time and also some usual stomach exercices after finishing i felt pain in my down part of stomach and then some uterus bleeding which was not my period time. shall i stop skipping rope or its not seriuos problem? thanks.

Thanks for writing to us.
Yes, You should stop skipping rope because at this age pelvic muscle are weak and as you say you have done it first time chances of muscle tear are there so please stop it.
If it is possible go and consult a gynaecologist and your proper examination done.
