I have had a few episodes of nausea and almost vomitng during a bowel movement. I get really hot and sweat, and this is while trying to go--seems like I m a little constipated? After I do, the nausea is not as bad, but still there a little. Then a few minutes later I will be back in the bathroom with diarrhea. I am a type 2 diabetic, and the last couple times were right after I ate a meal, when I think my blood sugar may have gotten quite low. I ve had two episodes this week, which is unusual--the other most recent was a month or two ago. It doesn t happen often, but this many this recent is unusual.
