Welcome to Health care magic.

1. Similar pains are seen in inflammatory changes in breast where a course of hormonal and antibiotic treatment will help.
2.Also seen as a cyclical mastalgia - during periods ( also hormonal changes)
3.In ductal dilatation, ductal ectasia o give the painful breast symptoms.
4.Other symptoms like back pain are incidental nothing much to do with breast causes.
5.Get an ultrasound breast to see the status and evaluate the cause, and pelvic ultrasound to assess the uterine and ovaries status. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
