Why Are Testicles Small And Paining?

my husband is almost 70. is a local truck driver. great safety record...just sayin' . his testies are smaller than when he was younger. just got home from his run and his left testi is spasming to where he yells in pain. pants are loose.. just had a physical, no psa test though... so what's going on? why the pain? no swelling

An acute condition called testicular torsion causes severe pain. The tubes going to the testicle get twisted and can cut off blood supply to the area. He should be seen immediately for this. Go to the emergency center. Hope this helps. Ask further questions if needed.
