i just had a mymectomy three months ago i had a normal period since then now my period show signs of appearing but have not come for the month what could be the reasons for that.

If you are just overdue then wait for a few days more.If you are sexually active then you need to take a test.If you are negative and are overdue for more than a week then you need to get an ultrasound and see a doctor.
