Why Are My Glands Swollen At The Back And In The Front?

I ve had swollen glands in back of neck and in front( front comes and goes) for 2 months. Strep and mono test were negative. I had a baby 5 months ago. Could these be new allergies due to having baby?a month ago I developed sinus infection symptoms and was prescribed zpac but it didn t change my glands.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

It is likely that the glands are due to an infection in your mouth or laryngopharynx ( throat) and i would like you to meet your ent doctor for a prescription of antibiotics.
Please ask him to look for the focus of infection and once that is taken care of , you gland swelling will come down!
Thanks
