Why Am I Not Able To Excrete Since 4 Days?

I am 45 year old man. Motion is not comging last four days .

I have tried 2 teaspoons of milk and also i have taken1 teaspoons of cremaffin yesterday.

but the same problem. I feel uneasiness because of this.

I always feel that something is on my stomach

It will be helpful if you mention any medicines you are taking.

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should eat foods rich in fiber and which increase the roughage.
Also drink lots of water daily.
Foods such as spinach, papaya, guava, etc. are helpful.

You should consult your doctor for change in your laxative. You can take laxative containing Lactulose under medical supervision only.
