Why Am I Getting Nausea With Hot/cold Flashes And Dizziness ?

42 yr old male 168 pounds. recently I have been having nausea with hot/cold flashes. Sometimes dizziness and fast heart, butnot always. It sometimes happens after eating , but again..not always. Seems to come in waves throughout my day. No abdominal pain , no vommiting, no fever. Noticed symptoms about 2 weeks ago...

get your bloodpressure and sugar levels tested..if its normal nothing to worry about..if symptoms persists get a thorugh evaluation done
