Why Am I Always Having A Feeling Of Having Crunchy Food?

Hi doctor i m 42 yrs vegetarian lady.i had abad habbit. I always want to have something crunhy . Like raw rice ,raw soya franules, digene tablets ,multani mitti, terocota pots etc. things which feels crunchy on my teeths. I want to leave this. This is almost 13 yrs old habbit . Is it harm ful to my health

Hello & welcome to HCM,
I had gone through the case and i found this habit is due to Iron deficiency.so go iron, ferritin ,trbc and hemoglobin blood test along with also test for Vitamin B12.Most of vegetarian have vitamin b12 deficiency.After diagnosis take iron tablet.This habit will go off.So do not worry, Hope my advice will be help full for you.
