Why Am I Unable To Reduce Weigh Post Daily Workout ?
i am having issue with weight loss . i do 2 to 3 hours workout daily but some times irregular to gym still my weight does not reduce . it seems stuck at some point. last year i lost around 10 kg but again gain back coz of diet and irrigular to gym but now i am not able to reduce back. is problem with my genes
Hi XXX, welcome to H.C.M.Forum. it is a very irritating problem. one should cut oily foods, tubers, high calory foods, and fleshy fruits. stop taking junk foods, snaks. sleeping time should be cut to 6 hours a day and only at night. other causes being genetic and hypothyroidism. recently tubegastrectemy is the operation some gastroenterologists are doing for this purpose. thank you.
