Why am I unable to lose weight inspite of a low fat diet and a healthy exercise regime ?
I m 15 years old, female, 5 5 and I weigh 75kgs. I rarely eat unhealthy foods (Once a month), I eat plenty of vegetables and dairy, and I go to the gym twice a week, I also walk quite a bit for school, but I can t lose weight for some reason-I ve been this weight for six months..Is there a reason why? What else can I do to lose weight?
