Hi Srinivasa Rao,

Get an ENT opinion and also a pure tone audiometry to rule out any auditory nerve pathology.

ENT Specialist Dr. Sanjay Kumar's  Response
Contact an Audiologist. They will do hearing testing called pure tone Audiometry. If loss is there than what kind of loss it is and how much loss you have that information you will get.Depending on the type of loss mostly in sensorineural hearing loss they will do hearing aid trial and may suggest hearing aid. If the loss is conductive or mixed which shows middle ear pathology also than ENT consultation is needed.
