Why am I suffering from Stomach pain ,irregular bowel movement and navel pain.

my age is 24(male).i have left in hostel for 15 years,from childhood .due to which i have gone through problems related to countineous release of stool as presence of limited bathrooms.hence developed constipation(khabz) .i left my food in take (due to going of regular bathroom) at class 8 an developed body weakness for 3 months and lossed my weight of 10 kg. my stools are not released freely within one to two times .i have to go then and after.even just after taking food.aiso on sudden irritations .actualy i was envolved in too much of masterbation. beside of which my (naadi)naval area has gone week.i do also go to toilet at regular entervals.i dont follow cigrates and drinks.i dont take junk foods even no more masalas at home.i do take sofgols .recently i went to (raam manohar lohiya hospital, delhi) for chekups,the doctor gave me some zentle,tablet but my problem has no solution even more pain has started in my stomach just like severe acidity. i think my entestine contains old stools.sometimes they come out very black in colour. please help me .i am getting weaker now days.

Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.Over a period of time you have developed a sluggish system and sluggish intestines.My advice to you is simple.Along with a high intake of fiber and high intake of water you must start doing physical exercises a lot.These exercises will help in increasing motility in your flaccid intestines.You will soon get rid of this contipatipn.Thanks and good luck.

Because of lot of irregularities in food intake and passing of stools, probably you have developed a disorder which requires thorough investigations, proper guidence and life style modification. Consult your Family Physician and he will guide you properly.
Beware, lot of anxiety and apprehension may worsen the symptoms.

I will try my best to answer your query.
I think you are suffering from irritable bowel syndrome or chronic constipation. I advice you to consume a high fiber diet made up of lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains. If other fiber supplements fail in your attempt to become regular, try taking Chitosan (a form of dietary fiber) along with vitamin C. The chitosan binds to fats from the foods we eat making the stool soft and smooth. The vitamin C helps to activate the chitosan in the stomach. Drink plenty of water. This all will help you.
I advice you to see physician as examination is always better.
