General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you have a throat infection, or follicular tonsillitis and fever and in throat infection and in some people there may be no sweating, so don't worry about it.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms erythromycin, phenylefrine ,citrizine, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
