General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. This looks unbelievable. 2 months is a high and long time to suffer from such a pain and you have not yet consulted a Doctor/ Surgeon ? Urologist ( preferably).
Well- Pain is constant and 10 by 10 you say. better after sex.
The most probable reason can be a entrapment of a nerve supplying this area. Or can be due to varicocele. Or can be due to recurrent torsion of testis.
Please consult an Urologist and undergo ultrasonography and color doppler examination ASAP.
Have scrotal support.
