Why Am I Having Sharp Ripping Pain In My Lower Left Stomach?

I fell down at the water park on my back the muscles were very stiff and sore but seem to be getting better and now when I sneeze or cough I have a sharp ripping or tearing pain in my lower left stomach area could I have I pulled a muscle there also it rips then too also if I'm laying back and sit up

HI.
The history of fall is noted.
IT is possible that you have developed problem with the discs of the spinal column.
Get an MRI of the thoraco-lumbar spine to see whether there is a problem with the spinal cord. You can also a study of the muscles which have got the sprain.
The pain in the left lower Abdominal Pain can be due to muscle sprain or the referred pain from the compressed spinal cord due to disc or so.
