Why Am I Having Sharp Pain In My Chest And Left Arm And Neck?

I have low blood pressure and some disorder where the low blood pressure leads to a lack of blood in the back of my brain. But recently I have started to have severe sharp chest pain and I also feel it in my left arm and neck. It will stay for a few minutes then go away leaving a dull pain in my left arm and neck. I am 24 years old, female, I smoke, and have an alcoholic beverage occasionally.

Pulmonologist 's  Response
first thing to be done is quit smoking and alcohol

probable diseases can be
-gastritis
- peptic ulcers
- cardiac diseases

you need to visit a physician who can get a chest X-ray and an ecg and if needed an endoscopy to rule out the diseases and can prescribe you some medications .

if ecg is normal and cardiac disease is ruled out he may prescribe you a proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole

thanks
