Why Am I Having Pregnancy Like Symptoms ?
My period is currently now 3 weeks late ive done 3 pregnancy tests all have been negative, my brests are bigger then before i missed my period they have gone up one whole size in 3 weeks, my nipples are darker then normal with very visable veins around them, i constantly feel sick but not being sick.. i keep having like pulling cramps around my abdormen which are painfull but very anoying. i went to my local doctor who told me to wait another 2 weeks to see if i miss my next due cycle then go back to see her and she will arrange blood work and a scan. my body feels differnt this is starting to concern me any adivce would be so helpful thank you.

according to the symptoms told by you the possibilities are,
1.pregnancy as told by your gynecologist. If you are sure of dates still with negative pregnancy test, go for blood test for pregnancy or transvaginal ultrasound.
2. the cause for your symptoms may be galactorrhea. Have you noticed any secretion coming from them when pressed.
Galactorrhea is a condition where milk secretion comes from the breast in lactating women.
In this condition also because of excessive prolactin absence of menstrual periods or delay in periods occur. Headache, vision loss are symptoms when it occurs because of pituitary adenoma.
3.Other possibilities are mastitis(infection of breast), breast abscess, adenoma of breast etc.
You have to consult surgeon and get examined.
