Why Am I Having Nausea, Under Arm Pain And Bloating?

These are symptoms i have been having, I am not sure if they are connected or not. Nausea, underarm pain (only my right side), extreme fatigue, bloating (doesn t matter if I use the washroom, only satisfaction I get is when I lay on my stomach), headache. I know this can be a number of things, but i keep on getting cancer- when I google my symptoms. And i know its not cancer because I have no lumps and still have colour in my face.

Nausea, under arm pain ( only on right side) , fatigue , bloating , headache all these symptoms may be due to these reasons , these include.
1 Hyper acidity or gastritis , as this is the most common cause of nausea , bloating , pain in head , under arm pain. Try to avoid fried , spicy or greasy food . Also avoid drinking alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them eat chocolate . Try raising the head of your bed 4 inches with blocks. It might also help to avoid drinking or eating 3 hours before you lie down.
2 Hepatomegaly or enlargement of liver with gall bladder , as you mentioned that pain is on the right side and in under arm , so this is a cause of such pain. Get in ultrasound of liver.
3 Tension or anxiety is one such cause , which develop such type of symptoms . So consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion.
