Why Am I Having Hot Flash From My Head To Toe?

i have type 2 diab. and am feeling like i am having hot flash from the top of my head to my toes. my sugar level is 141 at the moment i take metformin 2 times a day 500 mg. should i go to the emerg room i have had this happen before and it turned out to be a panic attack. could it be anything else?

Your blood sugar level is not likely to be causing the sensation that you are experiencing.
Abnormal sensations may , in some persons , be related to temporary or long term changes in the nervous system.

It may need an emergency visit but you can consider scheduling an appointment for your doctor if it continues or worsens.
