Why Am I Having Fatigue And Tiredness Along With Shoulder And Neck Pain?

Hi, I'm 24 years old. I weight about 134 I'm 5'2 hispanic and i have being taking ibuprofen 600 mg for pain. Lately i've been feeling very week, always tired and sleepy. At times my hands sweat and my feet when I'm feeling like this. Also about 3weeks ago i found out parts of my spine is straight... on my neck and lower back. which has been causing me to get a lot of shoulder and neck pain. Could my fatigue and tiredness come from my spine situation?

Hi,

I have read your query.

Yes your fatigue and tiredness may due to muscle stiffness in spine areas.

You should take tab aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day.

Avoid weight lifting for 2 weeks.

Get your fasting sugar and E.S.R done and send me the reports.

- Apply hot packs for 30 min in morning and evening over spine .
