Hi. There are lot of causes of right sided abdominal pain (Appendicitis, Right ureteric colic ), Please get a complete blood count and an ultrasound abdomen done on the earliest and consult a doctor. If the pain radiates from loin to groin and if you have pain during urinating then it is more likely you have a ureteric calculus.
