Why Am I Getting Dry Rectum Problem After Piles Operation?
i was facing constipation problem since last three years then i consult with doctor he advised me for piles operation, after operation now i am facing dry rectum problem. after stool pass my rectum becomes dry and i feel crack or crankles in rectum. please advise me

I really appreciate your concern, if the hemorrhoids operated then the present condition may not be due to that but it seems to be due to fungal infection or it may be some lesion beside the hemorrhoids, it may be due to some bacterial infection I would advise to apply local antibiotic like Povidone ointment, on tentative basis oral antibiotic like Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day can be used, if this is the fungal infection then I would suggest Miconazole ointment, hope this information helps.
