Hello Dauje...
You have not mentioned your age and about character of chest pain but still i will give you some basic information about chest pain......
Chest Pain should never ever be ignored...
Most common cause of chest pain is Gastritis i.e acidity and the most dangerous is angina which can lead to myocardial Infarction..there are various other serious and non serious causes which will just add on to the list...
As per the protocol, any person having chest pain should get his/her ECG done so that Serious conditions can be ruled out...Cardiac markers can also be done if needed...
My advise to you would be to visit a Physcian & get yourself Examined so that he can give you proper Treatment...
Dont worry and nither ignore your symptom... It would be for your own good if you can Know the reason for your chest pain and take appropriate treatment...
