Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic .

The last few pounds are generally more difficult to lose and even mor edifficult to maintain .

From what you have stated I am getting the impression that you might be suffering from an iron deficiency and probably also deficiency of trace micro-nutrients in the blood like copper , magnesium and selenium etc .

Whenever we work out hard the requirement for iron , protein , calcium and the micro-nutrients also goes up .You might need to tweak a few changes sin your diet after consulting a good Nutritionist who would take into account your weight related goals and your required nutritional needs .

Also other than the above do consider getting a blood test for complete blood counts (CBC ), a thyroid profile (T.F.T),and ferritin level done to rule out deficiencies .

Hope it helps .
