Why Am I Feeling Strange Before My Period ?

I have been feeling a little strange lately, and my period is about a week and a day late. I was just wondering if this could be something else or, could i be pregnant?

if you had unprotected sex during risky period,there is chance of having pregnancy.
Go for pregnancy test.
If there is no history then it may be due to tension or some hormonal imbalance.
