Why Am I Feeling Pain On The Right Side Of My Chest ?
i feel pains in my right chest although it come and goes,i also do breath fast each time i run a short distance and some times i feel like theres an elephant sitting on my chest and i am only eighteen years.

in 18 years this type of dyspnoe is unlikly so you have to inform your parents first and consult a cardiologist and do an echo test to rule out congenital heart diseases.if you are very obese then these syntoms may occur in that case simple wt reduction will resolve all these problem.take care

your pulse rates also high,
so consult your physician for ECG,lipid profile etc and get diagnosis .
