Why Am I Feeling Breathless And Congested After A Turbinate Surgery?

I have breathlessness, I had a radiofrequency terbinate reduction operation recently and that gave me thick mucus congestion and fevers, but now I'm just suffering breathlessness and I am asthmatic, but I feel dry and it feels like I can't tell if air is passing through my chest. HELP.
