Why Am I Experiencing Difficulty In Urinating?
I am not urinating properly.That means I am urinating every 15 or 25 minutes, but in one sitting not going completely, I have to give stress to get out the urine, still I am feeling I have to go and I am waiting in toilet.

The commonest possibility is urinary tract infection. Other possibility is urethral stricture or stenosis, prolapse(if you are a female) etc. Please see an urologist for examination and further tests including ultrasound of urinary tract, urine analysis and uroflowmetry.
