The bleeding you are having after sex which is like the periods can be collected remaining blood that is coming out it happens in few females. If it stops in a day it is normal and no need to worry but if the bleeding looks fresh or does not stop please consult a doctor for examination and treatment.

Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic forum.
After having your period, now that you are bleeding, it seems to be a hormonal dysfunction. You need to have an ultrasound scan to rule out uterine fibroid and if everything comes normal then you will need hormonal treatment to regularize your periods.
