first of all you have to know the reason why he is behaving like this .you &the parents have to go to the rute of that cause .if something that he wants to tell to such person to whomhe trusts more then you then you can try that .if you are able to find out the cause then try to remove that cause .than heis behavior may become normal .then also if he dosent than only you have consult the dr..
