Why I Am Having High Systolic Pressure And Low Diastolic Pressure ?

i am 64yrs and diabetic for some time now my systolic is around 160 to 196 but my diastolic is around 75 to 95 , what is the cause and what should i do?

hi.welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.at the age of 64 this much blood pressure may be due to atherosclerosis,diabetes,lipid,renal insufficiency etc.you should modify your life style like decreased salt,regular exercise,less fatty diet.you should consult physician if blood pressure still remain high.
