Why I Am Always Havings Heart Palpitations ?

Hi, good day to all i have a question i wanted to know why i am always havings heart palpitations evrytime i eat something but when i eat salads it don't happen at all can someone please tell me what they think is wrong with me right now i am eating a double mint gum and my heart is beating irregular like crazy please i need some answers im scared that im gonna die thanks and god bless.......

Hello.Welcome.Constant stress and anxiety can lead to heart palpitations even in the absence of any medical problem.Consult your doctor and get investigated for anemia,hyperthyroidism and ECG to rule out medical problems.Good luck.
