Hello. The first valuation must be made by the Primary Care Physician.
He should interview you about various psychical and physical problems that can cause erectile dysfunction, consider adverse effects of the drugs that you are taking and request additional tests (for example testosterone levels in blood).
After the interview and the results of additional tests, if erectile dysfunction is caused by physical problems, you must go to the urologist and if is caused by psychical problems you must go to the psychologist.A high percentage of patients with erectile dysfunction improve with right treatment.
I wish you good health.

Welcome to hcm.
Treatment of sexual problem is depends up on system involvement.
If it is due to some urinary problems than you have to consult urologist. If it is due to hormonal problem than you have to consult endocrinologist.
If your reports are normal than you have to consult psychiatrist.
It is better to consult your family physician first and he will guide you accordingly.
