Whitish Lump On The Left Tonsil. Have Sinus And Allergy Problems. Itchy Throat. Treatment?

i have a small whitish colored round lump on my left tonsil under the skin. I have had a lot of sinus and allergy issues..and I currently have an upper resp infection. I noticed the lump a few weeks ago but forgot about it until I gargled yesterday and saw it is still there. it isn't painful but I do feel a raspy/itchy feeling.
