Hello and welcome to HCM,
The vesicles of herpes simplex
are fluid filled, are itchy and appear in crops.
The lesions that you have mentioned are white in color and bleed on touch.
On the basis of description these lesions could be herpes or warts
due to human papilloma virus
Since, both the lesions are due to sexually transmitted diseases, abstain from sexual contact till the time, these lesions clear away.
Serological tests are needed to confirm the diagnosis of herpes simplex infection.
However, clinical examination by a gynecologist is required to make a provisional diagnosis.
So, it is advisable to consult a gynecologist for clinical examination and further investigations.
Thanks and take care
