Hi, Your two finger nail are thickened and turning to white. Most probably you are having onychomycosis . It is a fungal infection. I usually advise to test blood to rule out DM and HIV in my patients having such problem along with KOH scrapping for fungus to have firm diagnosis. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. After having diagnosis you may take treatment. There is very effective treatment. Take antifungal like itraconazole and apply antifungal solution like clotrimazole or miconazole.
