White Substance On Penis Head After Unprotected Sex. Infected With HIV?
I had unprotected sex with a sex worker.. After sex, I saw a white substance forming over the head of the penis, but when I kept my penis clean, the substance disappeared and never came back since last month. Now m worried if I have the possibility of getting infected with HIV. I found no cuts in my penis after having sex neither did I do it very hard to get any cuts. Please help.

From the information you have provided, you were exposed because you had unprotected sex with a partner whose status is not known to be negative. However, the symptoms are not anywhere related to HIV.
The best thing is to adopt constant protection during intercourse. Also, consider doing an HIV test after counseling on the type and when so that you can fo real tell what your status is.

since you had unprotected sex with sex worker, you might have contracted HIV, so get yourself tested for hiv, now and 2 months later from now (ideally 5 months).
you might not have any other STD, but might have become carrier for it.

well chances are fair enough for HIV and other STD if you had unprotected sex with sex worker.. there is no need of cuts on penis to enter hiv virus.. it can enter through intercourse..
i will suggest you to take test for hiv like ELISA or PCR or most confirmatory p24 and viral load..
